Chester's Chicken, Going To The Movies & Strengthen Your Upper Back

Happy Friday from the World's Classiest Truck Stop in Portland, Oregon - Jubitz Truck Stop ⛽

Here's 1 healthy fast food meal, truck stop snack, and exercise you can do in your truck, out of your truck, or at home - Hope you enjoy!

1 Healthy Fast Food Meal - Chester's Chicken

What have I been telling you?! You can find healthier options anywhere! Even Chester's 🐣

If you pick the ✅ meal, you would save….

1,488 calories, 34 grams of fat, and 135 grams of carbs…

1 Healthy Truck Stop Snack - Skinny Pop Popcorn

Popcorn is a very under-rated snack! As long as you're not ordering it from AMC and drowning it in their "butter flavoring", popcorn can be an awesome snack!

I personally really like Skinny Pop and have found it at most truck stops around the country.

Pro-Tip: If you aren't eating Skinny Pop, go with a natural, tender white, or smartpop microwavable option!

1 Exercise - Shoulder Pull Aparts

All you need is a resistance band and you can start building strength in your upper back and shoulders. The cue I use to help drivers get the hang of these are "keep your elbows locked, pull until the band touches your chest". You can also think about pitching your shoulder blades in the process!

The goal of this exercise is to build strength in your upper back and get your spine in a different position then it is all day while you're driving!

Pro-Tip: Get a resistance band. It's lightweight, easy to store, and you can almost do any exercise with it! It's the most under-rated piece of gym equipment for truck drivers!
