1 Healthy Truck Stop Snack - Pure Protein Bar
Around 200 calories per bar. They have 18-21 grams of protein and low sugar (2g). My favorite flavors are Chewy Cholate Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Salted Caramel, you have to try they out!

Most truck stops sell them as individual bars, but if you go to Walmart, Sam's, or Amazon, you can get boxes for a better price!
1 Exercise - Sit To Stands
Do these in your truck, outside of your truck, or even at home! They look easy, but do a couple sets of 12-20 reps in a row and your legs will start talking!
