1 Healthy Fast Food Meal - Burger King

Yup, even at Burger King you can find healthier options!

If you pick the ✅ meal, you would save….

1,200 calories, 66 grams of fat, and 163 grams of carbs…

1 Healthy Truck Stop Snack - Fruit

I know... Not the most creative snack in the world, but not a lot of drivers actually eat fruit! And you can find fruit at any truck stop!

One study (Sendall et al) found that only 1 out of every 10 truck drivers were meeting the recommendation of fruit and vegetables per day!

1 Exercise - Incline Push Up Plank

The best thing about this exercise is that you can do it ANYWHERE! In your truck, like it's shown in the video below. Outside of your truck, inclined against your truck or a wall. Or at home, against a counter top or your sofa! They look easy, but they can catch up to you quickly!

Here's what I would recommend: 5 sets of 20 seconds on, then 40 secs off. So, each set will be 1 minute long and you will go back to back, so 5 sets will take a total of 5 minutes. Then as you get stronger, you can move to 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Or you can do more total sets!
